Household Refuse

The Household Refuse program is for Bear Lake Township residents. Please make sure that you have all garbage in bags, and have no more than 3 bags (per week). YOU MUST SHOW YOUR GARBAGE PASS that you received in your December (Winter Tax) bill in order to use this service.  If you need a new pass, please call the Township Offices to have another pass mailed to you at 231-864-3620 X11.

*Please note, this service isn't for building materials or other LARGE household items.
